Orders updated the night before will still be considered on hold and an out of route fee will apply.
Delivery & Policy Information
Please note that if you are in a secure facility, we will need access at the time of the delivery. If we are unable to access the facility, your delivery may be delayed. Our normal delivery hours are Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM. (EST)
To avoid any unnecessary deposit fees, please ensure your empties are available to the driver on your scheduled delivery date.
Off Schedule Deliveries:
Requested deliveries that are not on your scheduled delivery day may be subject to a special trip fee.
We are NOT responsible for damage due to leaking coolers or bottles. You will need to contact your homeowner/renter insurance carrier
ALERT: Our policy is to not refund full goods for the overall safety and well-being of our customers.

Note: In an effort to improve efficiency and to be as environmentally responsible as possible, upon completing setup of your account, you will be placed in a monthly route and begin receiving your deliveries on a 28 day cycle. Extra or out-of-route deliveries may be subject to additional fees.
For Bottle Deposits & Equipment:
NOTE: There is a $6 per bottle deposit for 3 and 5 Gallon Plastic Bottles.
For Mountain Valley Glass bottles, there is a $20 per bottle deposit.
Bottle deposits and equipment rentals are billed AFTER setup/installation and are NOT included in the itemized billing below!

Reminder: this is a monthly service. You will have access to your delivery calendar online and receive alerts regarding your delivery dates.
We utilize large 8 bay trucks to make deliveries.
NOTE: If our truck is unable to reach your home or business, then we aren’t able to deliver to that address. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
NOTE: We cannot deliver to secure apartment buildings. Unless we have access to make the delivery during normal business hours and not just certain times of the day. Our drivers need the ability to drop the products off and they cannot make appointments.
