Having Issues with Your Water Cooler?

Water DeliveryThere is a very quick and simple test to determine if the issue is the cooler or the bottle.

  1. Remove the bottle from the unit and take out the easy load insert if you have one.  It will be tight but just pulls out.
  2. Observe the level of the water.  Leave the unit alone for about 15 minutes.
  3. Then go back and observe the water level again.  If the level stays the same, the problem is indeed the BOTTLE.  If the water level goes down, the problem is the COOLER.

99% of the time the issue is just the bottle itself.  After you perform the test, let us know the outcome and we will replace either the unit and lost bottle of water or replace the damaged bottle at no cost.
